JULY 23, 2015 SPECIAL MEETING
A Special meeting of the Town of Hartland, County of Niagara, State of New York, was held on the above date at the Town Hall, 8942 Ridge Road, Gasport convening at 8:00 PM
Members present:

MOTION by Councilman Reed, seconded by Councilman Gross to approve and authorize the purchase of One 2015 Rosenbauer Mini Rescue, for an amount not to exceed $ 160,769.00 by Hartland Volunteer Fire Company, Inc.
Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 CARRIED
Pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, which requires authorization by the Municipal Town Board be granted to the Fire Company to enter into a Lease and Option Agreement.
The Town of Hartland is in no way responsible for repayment of any bonds issued pursuant hereto.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:02 PM.
