The Real Property Tax Cap Report has been submitted and filed with New York State. The Town did not override the 2% tax cap for 2016.
Adoption of Preliminary Budget to the Final Budget
RESOLUTION 130-2015
MOTION by Councilman Snyder, seconded by Councilman Gross to adopt the 2016 Preliminary Budget as the Final Budget as presented.
Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 ADOPTED
Said Budget is on file with the Town Clerk of the Town of Hartland where any interested person may inspect it during normal business hours. Full text of budget is attached.
